What do I do?

What do I do first? I bought this Mustang I'm fixing it I'm changing some rubbers of the suspension the head I already rectified it but it's a little bad but do you think I can leave it like new? But I don't know where I should start if I should paint it change the whole interior or put my head on it Do you think that if I can or should I sell it?

With the condition that it is in, I would start by:

Gutting the [entire] interior.
Remove all of the seat tracks and hardware and throw the rest into the trash bin.
Start looking around seats that you like (they do not have to be from your year car).

Once everything is tripped out, take a good look at the car and see what is left and what condition it is in.

For the panels that are in decent shape but just look bad: Start getting a plan together to dye the pieces and parts [black].

Provide some more backstory information. What was wrong with the head that you had to 'rectify' it? And what does it mean "its a little bad"?

What is your goal with the car? I mean from the pictures, everything needs work. Do you want to do a lot of work to it? Is this a project car to have fun tinkering with or are you looking to fix it up and then sell it?

I rectified it because the band broke very often I always had to bring a spare one and they told me that it could be the head and that's why I want it for me I like Mustangs a lot my dad had one and I loved it but I think I'm going to have to work a lot on this one hahaha

Does Mexico have a lot of salvage yards/ pick n' pulls? You may be able to get it back to 'decent' shape by finding used/cheap parts. But man, this thing needs a lot. Any pictures of the engine bay?

Yes, I was thinking about it but I don't think it was seen using it. I've seen worse cars on the street hahahaha

The car itself, is salvageable in my opinion.

I however, would not put a dime into a car that I could not register.

So, at this point, I might strip that car down the bare bones and keep all the parts to help rebuild a different car that [has] a clean title.

How tough is it to get a new title in Mexico?

It's not that difficult if I have the papers, I just owe the possession of the car, I think it's about 3000 pesos, I don't know how much it is in dollars, the truth

I'll try to do what I can to save it if I don't have to sell it :(

It's around $160.

That's not bad at all [if] you have the papers that you need.

The 4 cyl cars are more plentiful down there.
Ok, lets be methodical about this, check the underside of the body for rust, take a screwdriver under there with you, check around the frame rails, the floor pan, the pans crack around the seat bolt holes. Get under the hood and inspect the shock towers at the bottom where the frame connects, mostly on the left side by the distribution block below the master cylinder.
Assess the body first, then your ability to repair.
If the body is solid or solid enough, drive train condition is next, then you get to deal with whatever wiring nightmare exist.
Can't give you a price on fixing it because so much needs worked on..
that and living in another country adds to the difficulties.
I bet it's a unique sight in your area.
