Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I'm thinking about trying to start the convertible up after I replaced the lower intake manifold gaskets, thermostat, water pump, fuel pressure regulator, reman injectors and all hoses.

My question is, after I get it running and get air out of the coolant system and change the oil. Can I re-torque the lower intake manifold bolts the following day? Or after a couple heat cycles?

Thanks

Yes.
You will find that they are all "loose"
By loose, I mean that if they were torqued to 20 lb/ft you will find that they are at 16-18 lb/ft after everything has cooled off.
I have found this to be so even after the initial torque an hour later.
The gskt takes a set, the manifold settles.
I personally have never checked or re-torqued after running the engine.
Only re-torquing after an hour or two has passed.

I've always re-torqued. Just wondering if I can re-torque after a couple heat cycles. Car won't be driven, just running in my shop.
