I have a 1990 Gt 5sp, with 133K Miles, Compression is good, Oil Pressure is good Etc. Im tired of the 14 Sec passes and am looking for more. Looking For low 12's Very High 11's on the stock Block and Rotating Assembly and would like to trap around 117-120Mph for now. Was thinking about a turbo kit but decided i like the the H/C/I Power. So i am looking for some good combos. I will definately Do ARP Head studs and Fel-Pro head gaskets while the heads are off. I would like to buy heads already put together and slap them on. What are some good Heads to run with some boost? What cam to? Manifold?

Also i am trying to decide on blowers as there are so many.

How much boost can i run out of an S-trim or Novi 2000? I am looking for a blower that i can run around 9-11Psi through the H/C/I, stock block and rotating assembly, and also be able to up the boost once a Dart block stroker motor go's in. Advice/opinions/suggestions Please guys.

Thanks!

there is a guy over at corral that put a trickflow topend in his full weight GT, with a 100 shot and he went 11.49@122. so i would think that kit with 10 lbs. boost would do very similar. he figured there was more to be had if he could get traction. i have the same topend with the exception of an eddy perf intake, and i would recommend it to anyone. btw a novi2000 would give you more room to grow if and when you decide on a blower.

x2, before you start dumping money into a motor that might or might not be on its last legs do it right the first time. Get a built bottom end and go from there. Wouldnt it be a shame if your HCI/ Blown combo spun a bearing or threw a rod the first time out?
