so I have a 97 gt convert with a stick and it just hit 95000 miles and had some clutch problems that were recently fixed but now its having other problems. The rear end makes noise only when going slow and it does it when turning and going straight. Have seen a lot of other posts that deal only with noise when turning. I have had no work done on the drivetrain until just recently with the clutch and that was it. I purchased the car with 69 thousand miles and the previous owner had said the rear end leaked slightly but was recently fixed.I want to get rid of the car in the next couple months while its warm and dont want to dump a lot of money in it. There is a possibilty i might get stuck keeping it longer and I currently use it for work which involves at least two or three hundred miles a week. Any suggestions?

Might be a rear wheel bearing. It is difficult to predict how long that will last without problems, but the sooner you fix it, the easier the fix. If you delay it, it will only become more difficult and expensive to fix, as you kill the bearing surfaces and overheat things.
