Rear Lower LATCH Points, Weld in or Bolted in?

I have a 94 GT and I am looking at converting the car to use the LATCH system for my car seat as it will gain me a few inches of clearance over using the seat belt.

On a 04 (maybe 03) car are the lower anchors welded or bolted to the floorpan of the car?

Someone must know after doing a rear seat delete, roll bar installation, removing the seat to save weight at the track, etc....

FYI. When I pulled the rear seat in the 94 to check this out I realized I was able to bolt the new lap belt right to the existing seat belt mounting points and it works pwerfect for my son. It is very nice to have him sitting in the center. Makes the Vert much more of a family friendly ride.
