I bought 3 different rear main seal sleeves, my problems is they all slip on without any special tool, or tools is this correct or is there something wrong, it is a 302 stock crankshaft. Any ideas will gladly be appreciated

Look for the manufacture's website on the package they came in. There should be tech support or FAQ for the installation.

sounds to me like your seat that the seal sits in is wore down,,, over time the seat the seal sits in will wear down they sell kits that you slide in place then slide the rear main seal on so it fits nice and snugg,,,,, im sure if you google it.. or go on youtube and type in rear main engine seal replacement sleeve you will find it.. thats what i did for mine and it worked great

I concur. Sounds like you need the RMS that comes with a sleeve that slips over the crank

Unfortunately they are more expensive.
