rear main seal : which one to get?

doing the tranny swap in a couple of weeks. going to go ahead and replace the seeping rear main. ive got a few things to order from summit and was just going to get the seal with the order.

what do i need? Rubber, Silicone, Fluoroelastomer, Viton, Teflon ????

1 piece or 2 ( im assuming 1 ) ?

any easier to install than others?

any installation tips appreciated

you need the 1 peice, and as far as the material, different people have different opinions I suppose. I installed a rubber one in my 408 and it leaks pretty good.....probably because I suck and I didn't really know what I was doing, lol.
