so on the belt coil or whatever its called, there is a metal piece where the bolt goes through, just put the bolt in start it into the floor threaded hole and tighten it down, The bolt side faces to the outside of the car, thats why you dont see it in the pic, Ill see if I have any pics..
I think I remember that from when I took my interior apart but I didn't take pictures at the time. I believe they connect to the rear seat backs. I'll try to look at my car in the afternoon to see if I can take a picture without taking the interior apart again.
