Rear seat delete and car seat?

I was wondering if this was possible? I really want to lighten up my car but having a small child, being able to put a carseat in the back is a must. I just want to know if you could make the holes for the seat belt?

personally, for something like that, i'de leave the seat in. I wouldn't want the car seat to be able to slid or move at all. my 2 cents

the only thing i was thinking was the fact that the rear seat delet kit makes the back flat, where as the accuall seats have bumps and what not for the seat to sit in/grab. I just wouldn't trust it. But if you do try it, good luck. Just test it out with a doll before hand

I wouldn't think the hump would be much of a saver? I'm hoping the seat belt would do that.

If you are that concerned with the performance of your mustang, then buy a second car so you can safely transport your child back and forth. Then you can concentrate on turning your stang into whatever you want.
