Rear shock problem

Hi everyone im new to stangnet and i have an issue with my rear shocks. I de-hooked it from the axel and no i cant get the top to come of. Nothing I have will hold on to it will i turn the ratcet. So i was wondering how did u guys get your off? :shrug:

And if you don't care about the shock, get yourself a nice pipe wrench and grab the top part of the shock with it. Let it grip nice and tight and wedge it against the underbody wherever it hits. Then you'll be bale to rmove the nuts from inside.

I had the same problem myself a few weeks ago. Try using an impact wrench. I did this and it zipped the top bolts off with ease without spinning the shock even though the bottom bolts were already off and the shocks loose from the rearend brackets.
 
i got it off. I just took the vice of my bench and tighten that sucker down un tell the shock was a inch thick and then just took my ratchet to it :D.
But the air shock i put on it know is screwed up. the top of the shcok(the rod) comes out the top :bang: .
