rear shock question

i have a 93 and above my rear axle on each side of my car there is a shock about 9 inches long that runs with the car front to back. does anyone know the correct name for these, for i can replace them.mine look like crap.

Axle Dampers are what part stores list them as. Quad shocks are what they are known as by most of us.

You can get them from Autozone Gabriel P/N 14039.

I have a set a brand new KYB's I'll let go cheap . I bought the KYB set which included the quad shocks but didnt need them when I upgraded my LCA's .

How cheap is cheap? What KYB part number? Got pics?

Just because you installed aftermarket LCAs does not mean you do not need your Quads.

Usally when you upgrade your LCA some guys have still had to keep the quads on even after a upgrade due to wheel hop.

speaking of quad shocks, where might one find the quad shock brackets new or do they even make them anymore?

I bought OEM Motorcraft Quads from PPI and they came with new brackets on them.
