I was pulling out of a steep driveway and heard a loud boom in the rear of the car. I had some subframe connectors installed recently and thought the weld broke on them.

Turns out it was actually my Steeda rear swaybar. It broke right where it tapers down into the mounting flange.

Any suggestions on a good replacement or should I just go with another Steeda? I'm leaning more towards the MM rear swaybar setup

The darn stock ones break there too. I just sold on on Saturday to a guy. See if they have a warranty.

Ford actually superceded the Cobra 27mm hollow bar that was breaking for a 25mm solid some time ago. Steeda should be the same by now. I bought one through Roush.
