Rear window louvers

i wanna put em on my 86's back glass but i cant find any pics of foxes with em, anybody have some? i think theyd look pretty nasty with the black paint, putting the headlight covers on tmrw too ill post pics when its done

thanks, i want em bad! are those plastic? ive only seen aluminum i cant really tell my work pcs screen is doo doo so ill have to look better at home

my favorite back in 88 were made by a company called cragar ,i am not sure if they were the same company as the wheel manufacturer.

these were very tastefully done and if you bought the lx version you got the extra blade that sat on the rear spoiler.they were also rounded and looked real clean .if you can find these they don't look bad at all but then again i am 38 and was 18 wheni got my first mustang so it's a bit more nostalgic for me.

I think they should stay in the 80's where they belong, but different strokes I guess.

id rather be unique and have something i know no other foxes around have, at least that ive seen

The only louvers that look good are the ones that could be optioned on early foxs.

I love them on the classics but not so much on the foxes. The way the slope of the old fastbacks rear glass is gets the louvers much closer and tighter together, the ones on the fox are like 2 inches apart and i don't like that.

how bout a nice fox tail hangin from the antenna too, i heard they did that in the 80s too haha

i agree with the louver thing being an eighties thing but trust me on this when i say that the cragar louvers were the best looking louvers on a fox and would look good even today.it's too bad no one has a pic that they can post to show how nice these really were.if i ever see a set i am putting them on my car .

i love louvers but something with the foxes make me iffy on it, just with the aero's though.
