Rear windows work......but not aligned now!

I fixed both rear window motors and now they work. The problem now is they go up alittle slow and jerky. I don't want the plastic races inside I just replaced to break due to the irregular movements of the window when going up and down. Is there any way to check on proper movement and alignment of the windows? Anything I should be checking for?

did you lube the pole they slide on? when mine sat for a while they got rusty and didnt move that well. I sprayed silicone on them and the window movement got much better.
another issue could be the plastic gear. it could have a crack that is not letting the races grip like they should.
