Rearend Help

After wrestling with the seals in my rear axle for about 15 minutes they finally came out, the seals or the bearings havent been changed in 15 years. Does anyone know how to get the bearings out without taking the axle tube off?

Thanks

1. take a screwdriver and pull the cage apart, remove the rollers.

2. Use a bearing puller and grip the race. Hammer away. Another method is to use a long piece of conduit and push the race out from the opposite tube. (Cleaver....not sure where I got that one from, but it's stuck with me for years.)
3. Clean out bearing surfaces, install new bearings, seals
4. Crack open a cold one and admire your work.
