been searchin all morning and no luck for my problem.

65 coupe, power brakes. switched to 03 cobra fronts and still have drum rears. i have an orginal (but new) booster/mc setup. i dont think the bore is large enough to accommodate the pistons in the calipers. from the booster edge to the shock tower i have 7 inches so size is an issue. mounting on the booster is horizontal.

ideas?

The only 64-66 unit that clears the tower and clutch is this one from Master Power:

I have no idea, never tried that combination. As I said, though, it clears both the shock tower and the stock clutch linkage, no small feat.

You can get a disc/disc MC and plumb a 10 PSI residual pressure valve in place in the rear circuit.

+1 On the MustangSteve kit. I've had his kit in mine for 5 years, no worries.
I do have the Granada discs, but several Stang'ers use the MS kit with 13 cobra discs & calipers.

dont you have to cut the firewall and weld in the new plate that has different offset mounting holes?

Depends on the booster you put in.
