Reckless driving ticket today..help

I got a reckless driving ticket today because I was turning around and stepped on the gas and made the back end come around unintentionally. There just happened to be a cop sitting at the back of the parking lot. Now the question is, will a new clutch+straight drive+icy parking lot=any chance of it being dropped??

Icy yes but i was in NC a couple days ago and i diddnt think i was possible its pretty warm this year.. Fight the ticket.

There's actually alot of snow in the western part of the state. But yea, sounds like you can get that one dropped.

it snowed a lot up here yesterday. and yea im going to fight the hell out of this one. i even went to the extent of taking 5 pictures on my cell phone for proof of how icy the parking lot is.

do they have a deal where you can get "unsafe driving" and pay them a whole lotta money but get no points? I've had to use my three chances for that one. haha

i called a lawyer today who said there is a "reasonable chance" that he can get it completely dropped because of the ice. according to him, worst case scenario is improper equipment. so if i can get lucky, this will only set me back 200 bucks with no hit to the insurance.
