Recommended lifters for trick flow?

Mine sounded like a sewing machine, ticking, tapping away like crazy like your describing. also had real low vacuum. Put in new lifters and it fixed it.

I've got the Trick Flow stuff waiting to put on my car. You do need to make sure that you use 6.7" long push rods with this kit. If you don't, you'll have issues. The geometry is different than stock.

Did The car run fine for the first 10k miles with the new kit? If you just got the car, the problem could have been there for the previous owner if he didn't use the right push rods. If the car ran fine before, then it's something else.

The car ran great before , busted the tires loose in 3rd gear like it was its job , now i cant even get a chirp if i punch it in 1st. I'm really frustrated.

roasting them in 3rd like no tomorrow on stock blo H/C/I.
Maybe you have 430 gears or something

Depends on tires and suspension...

Mine would break easy in 2nd at any rpm...and a bit into third...

Drag radials solved the problem all the way down to 1st gear

I mentioned before that i am running 4:10 gears. If i was on the park way and dropped it into 4th i got a chirp out of the tires.
