You can gain or lose driveability, hp, gas mileage, emission levels, and lots of other stuff, including your enjoyment of the car. Why do you think it needs to be rejetted?

Couple of reasons really. Gas smell when the car is running. Seems to have a lag to it when on the highway and kicking it down. With everything in my sig the car should run pretty good (i realize its too much cam) but it seems to be a little doggy throughout the RPM's.

With a 750, I think you're pushing it a little in the low rpm range. You're over-carbed and over-cammed for anything under probably 4000 rpm (just a guess). Is it a double pumper? Does it have mechanical or vacuum secondaries? Have you adjusted the float levels? What's your timing set at? First things first. Next would be an Air/Fuel meter test.

Well its not a 750 its a 600 I forgot to change that but I did put bigger jets in it when I got it (seemed to not be getting enough then). Its not a double pumper. has vacuum secondaries. I have not adjusted the float levels since last summer. Would I gain very much by changing the cam to a smaller one? If so what would you recommend? The car does open up at 4000rpm but it takes forever getting there. (I know its because of the cam). Maybe I should just put the stock jets back in it.

I don't do a lot of aftermarket build-ups, so I can't honestly recommend a cam for you. Check with some of the other guys in the forum and see what they recommend to you. You definitely need more torque in the lower rpm range, but some of that can be helped with lower (higher numerical) gearing like 4:10's. A lot depends on your planned usage. You still need to check it with an A/F ratio meter to see where you need to go.
