Relacing Top, rear window gets in a bind and won't close HELP!

Hey All,
I'm replacing the convertible top on my 01 mustang v6, everything is back in place except rear seat and panels, when I try to put the top down, the rear window gets in a bind and I'm afraid to close it further for fear of breaking the window. What am I doin' wrong/ What should I do?
Please Help!

Do you have a service manual for your car? Haynes, Chilton's, or Ford? The adjustment procedure for the convertible top is very detailed. Much too long to post.

If you want a copy of the Ford workshop manuals, wiring diagrams, and PCM manual for your car, I maybe able to help. PM if interested.
