Interior and Upholstery Relays

I seem to be missing a relay in the left side below the dash near the kick panel. The repair manual I have doesn’t provide any information. Anyone out there have any information?
It’s an ‘88 GT Convertible

According to what I could find, The relay to the right should be the horn relay. The horn isn’t working. The tan harness plug on the left is the one I am referring to in my original question.

Brown connector makes me think A/C wot relay or EEC relay
Not sure without looking at a evtm where the wot relay is on your mustang
Maybe someone will chime in who has one
I will look for one of my newer evtms
