This has been widely discussed on another forum but I wanted to see if anyone has removed the guards (clear headlight shields) on their 05 yet? CDC did it with their SEMA car...but they also incorporated turn signals into it...which I didn't like....
Yea that's pretty cool, but to be honest i think the car is going to be a brick in the wind as far as aerodynamics....especially if those are taken out. I think that's probably the only reason Ford put them there at all.

Yup. The 05's most likely suffer enough when it comes to aerodynamics. I would it alone unless I can easily remove them (for show) and easily put them back (to race).
