That's what I used.

BTW...now I can swap out my pipes in about 30 minutes. 18mm" mid-depth socket, 16" of 1/2" extentions with a 1/2" swivel and 1/2" socket drive.

Alright guys...(my memory has faded)...but what is the exact nut size on the manifold stud where the pipe connects on the 99+ Gt's...I'm helping my buddy install his prochamber on his 00 GT (like I had) this weekend after he receives it from Santa

I'm going to reuse the stock passenger gasket...I have the Napa 600-1819 manifold stud kit...that is all I need correct? I do not want to strip the nut and would like to know what size it is if someone happens to now...

Also any tips on getting the old studs out of the driver side manifold? Do I just need to do the two-nut method (tightning them against each other) or is their an easier way...?

So it is 18mm?

15mm deep and shallow 6pt, 1/2 drive. You may need a swivel for one bolt, and a combination of extensions totalling about 21".

Spray the bolts real good with PB blaster and use the two nut method.

after a few hours of trying with swivels and whatnot, i found the key to removing this nut. take off the passenger side wheel. unclip the 2 clips that hold the wheel well wall, and viola...the nut is right there.

Well I just figured I would update...

We installed the Prochamber on my friends 00 GT today...

Everything went smoothly...we just cut off the spacers on the stock driver side studs and reused the studs...

His Prochamber came in black and in 3 pieces...when I had my Prochamber 2 years ago it was silver in 2 pieces...but it appears Mac has gotten better at "making" the Prochamber...fit much nicer and tighter against the car than on my previous 00 GT...but the same great sound

Just out of curiousity...but how can I tell if my buddy has 3 chamber or 2 chamber flows...his car doesn't seem as loud as my Mac Catback/Prochamber combo? I was thinking maybe he has dumped 3 chambers instead of the 40series 2 chambers? Previous owner installed them...

I'm replacing my stock H with a magnaflow X-pipe. Can I resuse the gaskets and bolts or do I need new bolts and gaskets and where can I get them???

Just resuse the stock passenger side manifold/h-pipe gasket...and reuse whatever bolts or studs that don't come with your X or H pipe...

The Prochamber came with all that we needed...Mac has stepped up there Prochamber game when comparing two of them over 2 years...
