Ok, all I need to do to remove my EGR is cap it off on the header and upper intake and disable it in my tune, correct? I'm tired of playing with my EGR tube that I can't seem to get to work no matter how I try to move it around. It's either too long with the adapter installed, too short without it, and when I can get it positioned in a length that would work, it's not lined up so it would thread on. Screw it, I'm done playing with it.

I had the same issue. Easy fix: Set it up so that it is a little to long. with the ERG valve off of the intake, screw the tube to it. now the tube it tight to the header and attached to the valve. get a hand held map gas or propane torch and heat the tube until it bends easy and slowly push the valve towards and onto its studs. keep the heat going and tighten the nuts down. when it cools you have a custom bent, perfect fit EGR tube.
