Looking to remove the front spring isolators to bring down the front end just a touch. Question I have for you guys, is there any way to easily remove the top spring isolators? For example, can I use spring compressors in place to compress the springs and get at the isolators for removal? I did the spring swap, so I know what I would have to do to it the long way. I'm hoping I can get away with a shortcut here. Thanks.

None that i know of but im sure you know that its not all that hard. I removed mine and have had no extra noise or anything. It also made the car look 100 times better since i had sagging ass Eibach Sportline Springs

yup. not that easy. you basically just have to do it the same way as if you were swapping springs, but it does give the car that extra 1/4" - 1/2" drop that you're lookin for

lemme know if you want me to post a pic of before and after. im not in a whoring mood at the moment.

OK, the hardway it is. Thanks for the replies and will definately use electrical tape as you guys recommend. Sounds reasonable to keep the springs from metal on metal contact - worked to diminish the noise transmitted through the Steeda tri-Ax, so it makes sense it should work here.

TrueBlue, no problem with the pics. I'll take some measurements and new pics when I'm done in a few days or so.

I didn't know about the electrical tape until 1 day after I took my isolators out .
