Removing panels

not sure about the rear panels, but it sounds like you got all the fasteners out. you just need to pull up on the door panel for it to come off. It does not come straight off.

remove the seat belt from the floor(if you need to)

You have to pull out on the bottom as you are lifting up on the panel. It needs to be lifted up to clear the door lock. There also might be one more plastic clip on the front of the panel where the door hinges are.

It's one piece.

Did you pull off your speaker cover too? That will make it a bit easier when you lift up and out. There are integral "L" shaped clips on the panel that require the up and out move. Also, there is a fastener at the lower front edge of the door (the "width" portion of the door), make sure that is removed too.

There is also a picture of the rear seat retention clip that needs to be depressed so you can remove the rear seat (there are two of them).
