removing stock exhaust

hey, im putting on a new catback and was wondering where the best place to cut the stock exhaust is on my 95gt. thanks

you souldnt have to cut anything... the cat back should be a bolt on... it bolts off at the dne of the h pipe which contains your cats...... then just bolt the new one back on... the bolts are either 13mm or 1/2 i think there is 2 on each pipe

thats what i thought, but i read somewhere that it was next to impossible to get it off without cutting it

maybe if the bolts are rusted over... mine were hard to get off... spray them with liquid wrench a day b4... and it should be fine... i also bought new ones to put back in

Are you talking about it cutting it so you can get it off the rear axle?

yeah it's easier to un bolt it then cut the bend over the axles rather then mess with trying to wiggle it out.

Take a sawzall to that SOB and be done with it.

I dunno. When I got my flowmaster catback the instructions said to cut them, so
