Removing the backseats

It was suggested to me that when, and if, I get my mustang I should remove the backseats to decrease weight and cover it up with carpet. I am thinking about doing it, but I was just wondering if there's any websites or people that could help instruct the process. Even if I don't, wouldn't hurt to know how anyways.

depends on what car. i have mine done on my vert. i personally dont like people riding in my back seats so i pulled them to make room for whatever else.
