I was going to start doubting the validity of this thread...but damn that's cool.
I work at Enterprise Rent a car for 5 years in the Feasterville/Bristol/Chester/Newark, De branches. Even though we traditionally rented "boring" cars, we still had issues with the Dodge Rams coming back with no tread. Could never pursue people for the wear on the tires because tires weren't something we evaluated before it left the lot, just body damage.
