Replace pan or use POR15?!?!?

Can somebody post a picture of a panel thats been conditioned with POR ? Id like to see it , and is it think? i have a few minor pin holes also and dont really think its needs replacing , Id like to see if POR would work for me too

Good comments Pakrat. I actually just left the auto body shop and the cost between the weld job and the POR products (and supplies) is about the same. If I'm going to spend money...I might as well do it the right way.

Solid, what are you basing that comment on? The level of damage? You think the water might have settled in the frame support? I'm gonna take a close look at the frame rail tonight. I might just purchase one just in case it needs to be replaced. I just checked and it only runs $35.00.

This might be more what you're looking for: 73 Mach1 Rear Window Channel Repair.

You might want to pick up a tube of POR Patch. It's a thicker verison of POR, which is really thin like oil. The POR Patch is like a gel used for filling holes.
I would avoid the POR Patch stuff. It's impossible to work with.
