Replacement Convertible Top

I'm not sure if this is the proper place for this question.

I am in the process of having the top replaced on my 2000 convertible GT.
My question is this. What is the difference between a 03/04 Cobra top and the regular top?

I've had several people reccomend that I get the Cobra version, but dont really know the difference.

Also, where is the best place to order a new top?

Grateful for any input / advice

Someone told me tha the Cobra top is made of a canvas-like material called StayFast. Does this sound correct?
