I have a 99 GT, I am replacing the radiator core support and I just purschased one new from Latemodelrestoration.com. Does anyone have a write up on how to complete this. I have already removed the bumper, bumper support and the header pannel to get access to the radiator support.

I found out that the radiator support has to be cut out and the new one welded to the remaining frame. Unfortunately I do not have a welder at home. I am taking this project to my local body shop tomorrow. They quoted me at $300 to install. I will have to replace the other body parts myself, I already removed the bumper, header pannel, bumper suport, and fenders (to save $$ on the labor). see image below. Ill let you know how it turns out.

Great, thank you. Mine was a totaled car and I don't think the core support was put on correctly. I can't seem to get the header panel close enough to the core support.

I found a place in Staten Island NY where I live to cut out broken and rusted impact arms and weld in new ones. Also align everything for me for a total of $400. I left the car there thismorning. See pictue below to see what had to be fixed.
