So for some reason the electrical connector part of the VSS fell off my car, When I tried to reconnect it I broke of one of the prongs so now I nedd to replace it. It looks easy as i only see one screw but my concern is when I pull it off is tranny fluid gonna come pouring out? Any advise or tips on doing this would be great. thanks

....have I mentioned how much I love my car? its one thing after another, the joys of mustang ownership

should be pretty straight foward. Just pull the sensor and replace. If you do lose any trans fluid just pull the fill plug top off till it pours out and your good. And check the color of it while your under there, make sure it's nice a red.

Trans fluid was changed last month when I had my clutch done. I just dont want to pull the sensor and get a face full of tranny fluid. If some leaks out that fine, just dont wanna lose it all and be scrambling to stop the leak.

Crack it lose, get out of the way, reach over for the last couple turns. and put a drain pan underneith it. problem solved. Should only be a little bit of fluid
