repo bumer covers

just wondering if repoduction (non ford) front/rear bumper covers will fit and wont look bad. ones from 50resto.com which don't look to be fiberglass to be exact

My wife's 87 GT and my brother-in-law's 88 GT have aftermarket front bumper covers and both of them are just fine. No fitment issues, etc.

Only thing that is different is they don't say "mustang" on the back. If I had to replace mine, I'd go with the OEM Ford bumper just for that reason. But that's just me.

Or, you could go for the totally un-badged look. No Ford emblems, no marking saying mustang, no 5.0 on the side...

I think that would be interesting

If there is anything that makes a Mustang look naked it's no 5.0 emblems.. but that's my opinion.

lol i had my honda friends make fun of me because at the time the only thing that said mustang was my 1/4 windows....lol

i paid 90 for a replacement bumper brand new...it fits pretty good ...you jus need to adjust it correctly when you tighten up the bolts .....
