Resetting Computer After Installing MILS???

Installed my MIL Eliminators today, I removed the negative for about 2 minutes, put it back on and started the car up but the Service Engine Soon Light was still on.

anything special I need to do to officially reset the computer to get the light to go off?

a certain amount of time? touch the +/_ leads together? etc?

I didn't know how many pairs I needed, so I bought 2 pairs, 1 pair for the front, 1 pair for the rear.

they are all locked into place, had to sand the stupid little plastic wings off the sides to get them to fit, but I figured as much.

never mind, I left the battery negative off for an hour, went back out and connected it, fired her up and the light is gone.

you bought two pairs of mils? one pair for the rear, i take it your running an off road midpipe, ok good. but another pair for the front set? if thats the case, no good. your going to be getting a check engine light soon and will have driveability issues. if thats what you did, take out the front mils and just leave the back ones installed.

yeah i didn't know any better. I took them off already, I have them for sale (they are in my sig).
