reverse lights stay on

My reverse lights stay on when ever the car is on.
My friends told me it started when I was at the track last friday night on my second run. I never put the car into reverse at the track so im confused on how they came on in the first place. Any tips on fixing this little problem?

Possibly a stuck reverse light switch. Crawl under the car and disconnect the harness running to the tranny to see if it goes off. If it doesn't then you will need to track down the short somewhere in the harness.
