I will be tackling this in the week, taking out the transmission clutch for inspection. If it indeed is anything in the engine, it will be yanked out. A friend of mine just built a 347 forged bottom end so that will be mine for a fee! I'd like to have that engine but I don't want to pay that money or do the work right now. I just want to enjoy the car. Chit happens I guess
