Electrical Right Blinker will turn on but not Flash

I noticed while trying to fix my bright, that my right turn signal will turn on, but won’t blink, like a constant light. Dashboard turn signal is on, it blinks when I turn my hazards on. But just normally turning on the right turn signal, the front and back won’t blink, just light up. I’m not all too sure what to do.

I tried a fix and now it blinks, just very slowly, and the dash doesn’t light up anymore. You win some you lose some.

The emergency flashers and turn signals are on two different flashers. You may want to replace the flasher and see if that speeds it up as they tend to slow down with age. I believe the hazard flasher is on the back of the fuse panel and the turn signal flasher is behind the radio on the passenger side. I can access that one on my 93 from the passenger foot well.
