Right Rear Quarter Panel Damage Need Advice

got this stang has some damage in the rear quarter panel should i hammer and dolly or paintless dent remover or should i have a body shop fix it i need some advice plz thanks

Hammer and dolly if you can get to the back side easily. No experience with pointless, but have fixed a couple of similar dents on Subaru with stud welder and a slide hammer. Working the section under the gas door is going to be fun.
