Running lights, hazard lights, turn signals, reverse lights all work perfect. All bulbs illuminate normally, dim for the running lights, and bright for the hazards/turn signals.

However, when I press the brake pedal, only the left side and third brake light illuminate. Any ideas?

I have visually inspected both 15 amp fuses under the dash and they appear fine.

When the right turn signals are used does the turn signal on the cluster work as well?

I'm having some "issues" with my Ford wiring diagrams right now but I'm thinking the problem is in the multi-function switch.

Note, it's possible to rebuild your own multi-function switch. Recommend taking a ton of pictures when taking apart. Clean and apply di-electric grease to all connections.

Sometimes you can restore function by working the hazard button up/down a bunch of times.

Yes, the turn signal on the cluster does work normally. I haven't gotten the chance to check them after cycling the hazard button.

I disconnected the harness in the trunk and pulled the housing/lens out today. Pulled the bulbs, inspected, and reinstalled everything. Maybe wiggled some wires around. It works now!
