Anyone know the weight of the premium chrome rims that come on 03 GT. I am looking at getting 2 95 Cobra R's 17x8 for draging. Anyone know the weight of those? I want to know if it is worth getting them since I will not be using them for looks like many people do, and I can get them really cheap.

If you're going to get tires for drag racing only and they don't match your other rims, get some 15s. The performance will be much better and you can get cheapie 15x8s at Pep Boys for cheap.

I agree but I can get 2 brand new 95 cobra R's for $100

pointless, if you want dedicated drag wheels cheap, buy some 15x7 waffles from a 94+ and throw some bfgs, nittos, et streets or et drags on them
