Well after having my mustang for almost 5 years and never getting in any sort of wreck with it, not even a scratch, the rain got the best of me. I hydroplaned off the road after hitting a patch of water going 40 mph and landed in a ditch. I had just put a new motor in my car and had big plans for my car soon. At first they were going to fix it, but after inspecting it more, they decided to total it. They gave me 12k for the car and I got to take all my intake stuff and my wheels off. But the sad part is, I had just gotten my car back that day from getting the new motor put in. The insurance gave me $170 for the motor that that day I had paid $5000 for. So anyways, just wanted to let everyone who lives where it rains a lot to be careful. I now have a 2001 Lincoln LSV8. I love it , but it's no mustang.
