How do you hook up #9 the battery conections that come off of the fuse block? Looks like the go to the starter because of the length of the wires.

What about #26, the one wire alternator connection clip? I have a stock alternator, do I need a one wire 3g?

can it run without hooking up the inertia fuel cutoof switch #2? im thinking of bypassing it just to start it.

If you had bought a stock harness there would be more people that could help. There are no part numbers or other information to indicate what kind of harness you bought.
