I am looking at Roller rockers for a 351 W.I have Roush heads will any small block ford rocker work.Some says that you haft to use guide plates.I have found some on ebay what do I look for.

I don't know what rocker setup Roush heads use, so can't make a recommendation. Contact Roush and they'll tell you what you need.
