rod and main tq specs?

Rods = 25 ft/lbs for stock. ARP calls for 28 ft/lbs.

Here is a link from Summit with torque specs for stock bolts using 30wt oil.

But as Rick91GT said, aftermarket fastners require different specs and if you use a moly lube, it changes them again. If you are using ARP bolts, follow their recommendation and use the moly lube over the 30wt oil.
