I have several shots of the Branda street bar installed in my former 65 FB IN THIS PHOTO ALBUM. Hope that helps.

It fit well, and had good rear seat access. I fabricated the tabs for shoulder harnesses - they did not come with the bar.

I have the same bar in mine,but I have the "R" model type and harnesses mount on the crossbar..I dont want to knock your seat belt mounts,but are doing any good being so high?????I heard when you mount shoulder belts,they should be a few inches below your shoulder,so you dont fly forward in a crash.Just wondering if they do actually keep you in the seat.

They work just fine - they actually extend rearward at ~45* angle - much like the 67 and 68 Shelby factory equipment. If they were straight up & down, I'm sure they wouldn't be effective. I think the old SCCA spec was "horizontal, within a range of -5* to +40*". I've actually made the mistake of being cinched in too tight - not a good thing when your hands are 2" short of reaching the ignition switch! There's no "give". Easy, complete rear seat access was important to me, so compromises had to be made.

A too-high shoulder mount may be less-than-optimum in a rollover, but it's not "dangerous" like a too-low mount would be in any type of crash due to spinal compression.
