I've been working on a fully roller front suspension. Roller perches, strut rods, lower arm and idler arm. When you change all those pivot points to bearings, the cars drive much-much better. You get a very quick moving suspesion with a smoother ride and more responsive steering.

Totally opposite.
it makes it smoother. no binds, no clanks,no jarring no restricted travel,
Even if your rubber perch's are new, there's a night and day difference.
I noticed a difference as soon as I left my driveway. It felt like I had changed
my shocks or spring rate.
Highly reccomended

06cobra, don't mean to hijack your thread I'm also looking for a source for roller spring perches. Only place I found is Cobra Automotive and they're $250 a set. Even with my Global West Setup it seems pricey. BTW Opentracker, your idea for more roller buushings sounds very interesting. If you get some together I'd love to see some pics.

Opentracker has a nice set up, I picked them up and they are awesome.

John - when you have the rest of the suspension rollerized let me know. I'd be interested in it.

You didn't buy any of my roller perches on ebay. I'd like to see what you got for $125. The only perches I have seen other than mine are bronze perches.

I can put one together for you now using some vendor parts. I make the upper arms, lower arms and spring perches at this point. The strut rods would be from Street or Track and the idler arm kit would come from Cobra Automotive or Delta Bay. The cars drive a lot better with no rubber up front.

I will have that exact setup on my car shortly, opentracker's arms and perches should arrive Friday or Monday. I already have the Streetortrack strut rods and the cobra automotive idler arm (with bearings). I also have the Baer Bumpsteer tie rods.

The "rollerized" spring perch's I got off of ebay were the bronze bushed style, Im not sure which ones you sell so I cant say they are the same as yours, but they're exactally the same as these,

Here is a link to a nice page put together by a guy about how to make some, I gave Day some pointers and he did a fine job. I'll be happy to help anyone who wants to make some. It's going to be a regular thing to do before long. It makes a big change to the cars.
