I have a 1966 mustang using the Ron Morris adjustable motor mounts. I tighten up all the bolts after installing the engine without the transmission. After installing the trans I noticed that I need to move the engine forward about an inch to install the trans crossmember. So I loosened up the bolts that allow front to back adjustment but the engine and trans will not move. Anyone using these that might have an idea what I am doing wrong.
