Rough Idle

I have 2005 Mustang V6. When it is in gear and is stopped, it idles rough and sounds like it is going to choke out and die. This also occurs when the car is in reverse. I have had it checked to see if it's throwing a code, but it doesn't show anything. When you drive it, it isn't missing or hesitating at all. You can accelerate and there's no problem at all.
Any ideas as to what can be wrong?

You 'might' just need to do a tune up. I would also clean the throttle body. Should be youtube videos on how to do this if needed

The throttle body was cleaned and the idle air control replaced. No change in the symptoms
