Roush shifter?

So I've been looking at getting a short throw for a while now, and absolutely love the look and feel of the roush shifter. Only problem is it says it shortens the shift... but by how much? Is it actually a short throw shifter? Or does the kit only come with handle, knob, and boot? Better off getting a MGW or Pro5.0 and looking around for the handle/knob/boot?

I have the Roush shifter in my 95. It does not shortens the shift at all, it just the
handle/knob/boot, but you can put the handle on a pro-5.0, hurst, or any shifter that a stock handle will go on.

It wont' go on an MGW shifter. The MGW has a special setup so you can only use an MGW handle.

i saw a pic a while back and tried to find info on that, where can you buy the roush handle/boot? I already have a roush knob. will it fit on a tri-ax I think it looks badass

if it were me, i'd get the tri-ax for racing, and slap the roush on for cruising. that thing looks awesome, but it's expensive like a mofo. price of a shor throw shifter if i'm not mistaken.
